DCellIQ: (Dynamic Cell Image Quantitator)

The DCellIQ (Dynamic Cell Image Quantitator) software aims to provide an automated pipeline for quantitative, reproducible and accurate interpretation of cell dynamic behaviors using time-lapse cellular images. DCellIQ is an automated tool with several parameters being set before the processing. Thus, it is well suitable for batch processing large image dataset with little human interference.

Manual editing function is provided in DCELLIQ. The user can upload the processed images and check or change the result manually after the automated processing. The cell segmentation, tracking, cellular features, and phase identification results are stored in matlab .mat files and Excel files. Currently, the software provides functions of automated cell segmentation, tracking, feature extraction, and phase identification.

This version of DCellIQ (Version 1.0) can only run on a machine with Matlab installed. No other installation is required for this software. Just copy the source code into local disk and run the program under Matlab environment. Please read and agree the license before running the program.
